Common use of Withdrawal from the Chapter Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from the Chapter. 1. I agree to provide written notice to WRS if I should choose to withdraw from participation in any Exclusive Chapter. 2. I understand that the WRS Central office must receive my written notice 30 days prior to the date I wish to withdraw from the chapter. 3. I understand that when I withdraw from my Exclusive Chapter, any unused portion of my prepaid reservation may be put in my WRS MIP account to be used for other WRS services or Traditional Chapter meetings and WRS Mixers. The “unused portion of my prepaid reservation” is equal to the number of unused meeting reservations that occur AFTER my 30 days notice.
