Common use of Withdrawal from the Grant Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from the Grant Account. The Recipient shall be entitled to withdraw from the Grant Account amounts expended or, if the Administrator shall so agree, amounts to be expended for the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Fund Grant Agreement and of these General Conditions. Except as the Administrator and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, no withdrawals shall be made: (a) on account of expenditures in the territories of any country which is not a member of the Bank or for goods produced in, or services supplied from, such territories; or (b) for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the Administrator, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

The Recipient shall be entitled to withdraw from the Grant Account amounts expended or, if the Administrator Trustee shall so agree, amounts to be expended for the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Fund Grant Agreement and of these General Conditions. Except as the Administrator Recipient and the Recipient Trustee shall otherwise agree, no withdrawals shall be made: (a) on account of expenditures in the territories of any country which is not a member of the Bank or for goods produced procured in, or services supplied from, such territories; or (b) for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the AdministratorTrustee, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

Withdrawal from the Grant Account. Except as the Administrator Association and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, no withdrawals shall be made: (a) on account of expenditures in the territories of any country which is not a member of the Bank or for goods produced in, or services supplied from, such territories; or (b) for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the AdministratorAssociation, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
