Withdrawal Information. Once you are registered, you cannot withdraw from the EFT program unless your average monthly tax, over a twelve-month period, is less than $10,000. If you qualify and wish to withdraw, you must make your request in writing (this is not true if you are closing out your account). Send your letter to EFT Group, P.O. Box 942879, Sacramento, CA 94279-0035. You must continue to make payments by EFT until the Board notifies you in writing that your request has been approved and indicates the ending date for making EFT payments.

Upon termination; lay-off; lengthy illness; compensation; or change of your place of employment; you are advised to call in at your Union Office, to obtain a WITHDRAWAL CARD or TRANSFER CARD which will entitle you to re-enter into the Union without further payment of Re-initiation Fee or payment of back dues.

Withdrawal Information. It is the responsibility of the student to inform the Campus Registrar in writing that he/she wishes to withdraw from the college. Any refunds that may be due to the student are governed by the refund policies described below. Any refunds due to a student will be made within thirty calendar days of the student’s official withdrawal date on the refund policy. Students are required to pay according to the payment schedule; however, if there are any delays in the payment of the fees, a deferred payment agreement has to be signed. If payment is not made on time, interest at the rate of up to 2% per calendar day is added to the balance outstanding.
