Enrollment Agreement. All admission activities and instruction occurs in English. If a prospective student is accepted for admissions based on documented English skills and his or her primary language is not English, the student has the right to obtain a clear explanation of the terms and conditions of this agreement and cancellation and refund policies in his or her primary language, at his or her expense by a translation service of his or her choosing prior to execution of the enrollment agreement.

Enrollment Agreement. I understand and agree that a school year is considered to be 12 months, beginning on the date enrollment is completed and ending either 12 months later or when the student has completed all curriculum assigned for the school year, whichever comes first. The projected date of completion for the Certificate and Degree programs must be within 7 years of the date of acceptance to the program. I understand and agree that all fees and charges must be current and all loaned books returned prior to any tests being validated, official documents processed, grades recorded, and certificates or diplomas being provided. I understand that enrollment in Accelerated College of the Bible International is a privilege, and Accelerated College of the Bible International reserves the right to suspend or expel any student in accordance with its official policies. I understand and agree that no rights or presumptions of continued enrollment are conferred or implied by this agreement. I further understand and agree that no right to notice of renewal or nonrenewal of this agreement is conferred or implied. I understand the acceptance of the enrollment agreement shall be conditioned upon completion of all requirements to the satisfaction of the administration. I understand that enrollment in ACBI may not be authorized in my state. I have reviewed this enrollment agreement and, to the best of my knowledge, all information provided is complete and accurate. All Parents’ Initials It is agreed that enrollment, as specified within this Tuition Agreement, may be cancelled in writing, without penalty (except for the forfeiture of the Non-Refundable registration fee and tuition deposit) through March 18, 2016. If enrollment is cancelled on or after March 21, 2016, parents or guardians financially responsible for the student are obligated to pay the full annual tuition. The undersigned Parents or Guardians, having fully investigated the school’s curriculum, program, and environment, accept same and understand that no portion of the tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled regardless of any subsequent absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from Hilldale School of the above student.
