WITHDRAWAL OF / FAILURE TO GRANT RECOGNITION. 3.1 In very exceptional circumstances the Director of Human Resources may believe that recognition of an accredited representative should be withdrawn or not granted. In such cases full consultation with the Staff Side Chair and the relevant Full Time Officer will take place prior to any decision not to grant recognition or in the case of an existing Trade Union or Professional Organisation representative this will take place prior to withdrawal of recognition.
