Common use of Withdrawal Period Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Period. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $20,000,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after April 1, 2009, for Eligible Expenditures under the Project.

Withdrawal Period. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, Section no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that that: (i) withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $20,000,000 USD20,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after April November 1, 20092006, for Eligible Expenditures under the ProjectCategory (5); and (ii) withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed USD10,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after November 1, 2006 for Eligible Expenditures under Category (7).
