Common use of Withdrawals from Accounts Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Accounts. Amounts credited to the Certificate Account, the Funding Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account on the final Distribution Date in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month and any required deposit to the Funding Account, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.06 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC.

Withdrawals from Accounts. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Lower Tier REMIC Account on the final Distribution Date in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Certificate Distribution Amount for such month and any required deposit to the Funding Accountmonth, such amounts may be withdrawn by the Trustee for the Lower Tier Trust Fund and distributed to Xxxxxx Mae Xxx, in its corporate capacity, as compensation for its Fannie Mae’s administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such its guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 3.03 and 3.06 4.07 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn and distributed shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMICTrust Fund.”
