Mobile Deposits. Mobile Deposit is designed to allow you to make deposits of certain checks (“original checks”) to certain deposit accounts at the credit union from home or other remote locations by scanning the original checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“images”) to us or our processor with your Mobile Device. After you login to Mobile Banking, you may enroll for Mobile Deposit. Limits. We may establish limits on the dollar amount and/or number of items or deposits and modify such limits from time to time at our discretion. Such limits shall be outlined in GECU’s Terms and Conditions. If you attempt to initiate a deposit in excess of these limits, we may reject your deposit. If we permit you to make a deposit in excess of these limits, such deposit will still be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and we will not be obligated to allow such a deposit at other times. Nothing in this agreement should be construed as requiring GECU to accept any check or item for deposit, even if GECU has accepted that type of check or item previously. Eligible items. You agree to scan and deposit only checks (i.e., drafts drawn on a U.S. financial institution such as a credit union, savings and loan or bank and payable on demand.) The following items are accepted via Mobile Check Deposit: • Personal checks. • Government/Treasury checks. • Business checks. • Cashier’s checks. • Two-party checks. • Money Orders. You agree that you will not use Mobile Deposit to deposit: • Checks payable to any person or entity other than you (i.e., payable to another party and then endorsed to you). • Checks payable to you and another party who is not a joint owner on the account. • Checks that contain evidence of alteration, or that you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. • Checks or items dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit. • U.S. Savings Bonds. • Checks from foreign institutions. • Image replacement documents (also known as substitute checks). • Income Tax Checks. • Travelers Checks. • Temporary Checks.
Mobile Deposits. Funds from mobile deposits will be generally available on the first business day after the day of the mobile deposit, except the first $500 of aggregate deposits from mobile and ATM deposits will be available immediately.
Mobile Deposits. All checks submitted for deposit must be made payable to you. We do not accept cash. We do not accept third-party checks. We do not accept deposits in foreign funds or checks drawn on banks outside the United States. We reserve the right to reject a deposit if it is made payable to Ellevest or the Bank. We reserve the right to refuse any other type of deposit if we believe it is fraudulent, will not be paid, it is not made payable to you, or is otherwise suspicious in nature. We will not be held liable if such action causes outstanding items to be dishonored and returned, or payment orders to be rejected. You agree to properly endorse all items captured and submitted using the Mobile Deposit Service. This should include a signature(s) from the named payee(s). It is also recommended that you write “For Ellevest Mobile Deposit Only.” You agree, after you submit an item for deposit using the mobile deposit service, you will not redeposit, otherwise transfer, or negotiate the original item. For checks sent via mobile deposit, the check shall not be considered to have been received by us until we have received the valid electronic check image file. Limits to the number of mobile deposits permitted and the amount of funds that can be deposited are imposed for security reasons. For this purpose, we may not readily disclose those limits to you. All deposits will be credited to your Bank Account in accordance with our Funds Availability Policy.
Mobile Deposits. The first $225 of funds from Mobile Deposits will generally be available on the day after the deposit and the remaining funds available on the second business day after deposit. Additional requirements and holds will apply as set forth above. For purposes of the cut-off period and availability of mobile deposits, the day of deposit is the day the Credit Union receives the check image from you and converts the check data for transmission to the payor bank. You agree that the imaging and transmitting of checks alone does not constitute receipt by Credit Union. Also, acknowledgment of receipt or delivery does not constitute an acknowledgment by Credit Union that funds will be available.
Mobile Deposits. You may use the Mobile Banking application and certain hardware (such as a smartphone or other mobile device) approved by us to (i) create electronic images of the front and back of certain Paper Items and (ii) transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation the magnetic ink character recognition ("MICR") line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.
Mobile Deposits. You agree that checks deposited using the Remote Check Deposit or Mobile Device are not subject to funds availability requirements of Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC. If You qualify for the service, funds will be available upon final collection from the institution on which check is drawn or sooner at our sole discretion. Factors we mayconsider but are not limited to Your account historywith Us and Your average balances in Your accounts You have with us. WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHENEVER YOU REQUEST A WIRE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT(S) WITH US BASED UPON YOUR ORAL OR WRITTEN REQUEST. WE WILL PROVIDE WIRE TRANSFER SERVICES AS A MEANS TO INITIATE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS FOR YOU, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH YOU AGREED TO BY SIGNING YOUR APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP WITHUS AT THE TIMETHAT YOUR ACCOUNT WASESTABLISHED. We are authorized to charge Your Account for the payment of wire transfer requests. If more than one Account(s) is designated, We may charge any of the designated Accounts unless You give Us specific written directions otherwise. Your transfer requests mayinvolve the transferof funds from any of YourDesignated Accounts with Us to another account You have with Us, to any other financial institution, or to a third party or account of a third party maintained with Us or any other financial institution. There are no restrictions or limitations on the amounts which may be ordered or requested, or on the location or address of the beneficiary of a transfer unless You give Us written instructions to the contrary. The party(ies) named in Your application for membership are the Authorized Persons who mayissue payment orders to Us for the initiation of wire transfers or to receive telephone calls from Us, in accordance with this Agreement, for the purpose of confirming payment orders for the initiation of wire transfers which have been transmitted to Us under this Agreement for any Account designated in Your application for membership. For confirmation purposes, We may call any party designated in Your application for membership. If more than one Authorized Person is named, anyone of them mayissue payment orders on anydesignated Account. Wire transfer requests must be given to Us in compliance with Our cut-off hours as established from time to time by Us. We are not responsible for the accuracy of a routing number which You supply verbally and which is contained in Your wire transf...
Mobile Deposits. At the Credit Union’s discretion, we may allow members to make mobile deposits. Mobile Deposits will generally be available on the day of the deposit subject to the requirements and holds as set forth above. For purposes of the cut-off period and availability of mobile deposits, the day of deposit is the day the Credit Union receives the check image from you and converts the check data for transmission to the payer bank. You agree that the imaging and transmitting of checks alone does not constitute receipt by Credit Union. Also, acknowledgment of receipt or delivery does not constitute an acknowledgment by Credit Union that funds will be available. We reserve the right to impose additional holds to protect against fraud losses.
Mobile Deposits. For deposits of checks made through the Mobile Application funds in excess of $500.00 may not be available until the second business day of your deposit. We reserve the right to limit the available funds under our general policy to $225.00 and you will be notified of the applicability of this limit.
Mobile Deposits. There may be a delay between the time a deposit is made and when it will be available for withdrawal. Funds from deposits made via Mobile Deposit prior to 4:00 PM Central Time on a business day that Bank is open will be delayed until the next business day. However, if you make a Mobile Deposit after 4:00 PM Central Time on a business day that Bank is open, Bank will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day Bank is open.
Mobile Deposits. When you deposit a check via our Mobile Deposit service, regardless of the type of check, we will make the first $200 available no later than the first Business Day after the day of deposit. All remaining funds will be made available by the second Business Day after deposit. Deposit limits via Mobile Deposit apply. In general, you may deposit up to 5 checks via your mobile device per day, not to exceed $5,000 in combined deposits per day, or $10,000 per 30 calendar days.
