Common use of Withdrawals from Excess Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Excess Funding Account. Any withdrawal from the Excess Funding Account pursuant to Section 4.06(d) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement that is allocable to Series 2004-A will be deposited into the Principal Funding Account on such date of withdrawal by the Indenture Trustee.
