Common use of Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.10 with respect to the Series [____] Notes will be made from the Principal Funding Account only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.07 and 3.08. In no event will the amount of the withdrawal be more than the amount then on deposit in the applicable Principal Funding Account.

Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.10 with respect to the Series [____] 2002-B Notes will be made from the Principal Funding Account only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.05, 3.07 and 3.08. In no event will the amount of the withdrawal be more than the amount then on deposit in the applicable Principal Funding Account.

Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.10 with respect to the Series [____] any tranche of Notes will be made from the Principal Funding Account sub-Accounts established for that tranche only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.07 508, 509 and 3.08510, and reallocated on the same basis until those funds are fully applied. In no event will the amount of the withdrawal be more than the amount then on deposit in the applicable Principal Funding sub- Account. A single tranche may be entitled to more than one of the following withdrawals with respect to any Due Period.
