Common use of Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Principal Funding Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section 3.10 with respect to the Series 2003-A Notes will be made from the Principal Funding Account only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 3.05, 3.07 and 3.08. In no event will the amount of the withdrawal be more than the amount then on deposit in the Principal Funding Account. (a) Withdrawals for the Series 2003-A Notes. On each Principal Payment Date, any amount on deposit in the Principal Funding Account shall be paid to the Paying Agent.
