Withdrawals from Separate Accounts. AXA Equitable will pay the aggregate of the amounts then held in any Separate Account with respect to the Plan.

Withdrawals from Separate Accounts. After such notice has been received, any withdrawal from any Variable Investment Option that is requested by the Owner on behalf of a Participant will continue to be made in accordance with the provisions of the Section “Withdrawals”. If the Owner so requests in writing, AXA Equitable will pay the aggregate of all amounts then held in any Separate Account on the Transaction Date with respect to the Plan, minus any tax charges in accordance with the Section “Applicable Tax Charges”.
