Withdrawals, Transfers, and Other Account Charges. D.1. Withdrawals and Transfers from Your Account. Withdrawals may only be made in U.S. dollars, by EFT initiated only through the Even App, including domestic (United States) ACH transactions, by transferring funds to a Linked External Account from which you deposited the funds, or other type of account or payee we may permit from time to time. We do not permit withdrawals from your Account by Wire Transfer. Please see the Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement section for more information. By using the Even App to initiate a withdrawal of funds from your Account, you authorize Cross River Bank to make the transaction you select on the Even App.

  • Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof.   • TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • COMMISSIONS, CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS 23.1. The provision of services is subject to the payment of costs, fees, commissions, charges, taxes, etc (the “Costs”).   • EXCLUDING YOURSELF FROM THE SETTLEMENT If you are a Settlement Class Member and you want to keep any right you may have to sue or continue to sue the Defendant and Released Parties on your own based on the legal claims raised in this lawsuit or released by the Released Claims, then you must take steps to get out of the Settlement. This is called excluding yourself from – or “opting-out” of – the Settlement.

  • Withdrawals or Transfers All requests for withdrawal or transfer will be in writing on a form provided by or acceptable to us. The method of distribution must be specified in writing or in any other method acceptable to us. The tax identification number of the recipient must be provided to us before we are obligated to make a distribution. Withdrawals will be subject to all applicable tax and other laws and regulations, including but not limited to possible early distribution penalty taxes, surrender charges, and withholding requirements.
