Withdrawing Fund Assets. In the event that a foreign custody arrangement no longer meets the terms and conditions set forth in Rule 00x-0, Xxxxxxxx will promptly notify the Fund and will then act in accordance with the Fund’s Proper Instructions with respect to the disposition of the affected Foreign Assets.
