Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to the Seller pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial Agreement, then the promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within 10 days (or if such tenth day was not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
Withdrawn Mortgage Loans. If the Mortgage Loan has been released to the Borrower pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5 of the Custodial Agreement, then the promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within 10 days (or if such tenth day was not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

If the Mortgage Loan has been released to Seller or its designee pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Sections 5(a) and 5(b) of the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, then the Mortgage Note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to Custodian within ten (10) calendar days;

If the Mortgage Loan has been released to any Seller pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5(a) or (b) of the Custodial Agreement, then the promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within thirty (30) calendar days (or if such thirtieth (30th) day was not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day). If the Mortgage Loan has been released to any approved third party purchaser pursuant to a Request for Release as permitted under Section 5(c) of the Custodial Agreement, then the promissory note relating to the Mortgage Loan was returned to the Custodian within forty-five (45) calendar days (or if such forty-fifth (45th) day was not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
