Withholding; Deductions. A. Deductions from the regular salary of secretarial employees shall be made upon proper authorization to the Board of Education. B. The following deductions are authorized; Federal and State Income Tax; Social Security, Retirement, Health Insurance, Credit Union, United Fund, Fixed and Variable tax-deferred annuities, as determined by the Board. C. Membership in the Association is not compulsory. Employees have the right to join, not join, maintain or drop their membership as they see fit. Neither party shall exert pressure on or discriminate against an employee in regard to such matters.
