Withholding of Distributions. From the date of the receipt of any instrument relating to the transfer of a Partnership Interest, or at any time the General Partner is in doubt as to the person entitled to receive distributions in respect of any such Partnership Interest, the General Partner may withhold any such distributions until the transfer is completed or abandoned or any dispute is resolved.
