Common use of Withholdings and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Withholdings and Taxes. All payments to Executive will be payable pursuant to the Company’s normal payroll practices. The Company shall deduct from all payments to Executive hereunder any federal, state or local withholding or other taxes or charges which the Company is from time to time required to deduct under applicable law, and all amounts payable to Executive hereunder are stated herein before any such deductions.
