Common use of Without Cause by Company Clause in Contracts

Without Cause by Company. This Agreement may be terminated without cause by the Company at anytime effective upon written notice to Employee, provided that, if Employee is terminated "without cause," severance will be paid to the Employee as follows: (i) if the Employee is terminated without cause within one year of the date of execution of this Agreement, the Employee shall continue to be paid his base salary for six (6) months, and (ii) if the Employee is terminated without cause later than one year after execution of this Agreement, the Employee shall continue to be paid his base salary for twelve (12) months.

This Agreement may be terminated without cause by the Company at anytime effective upon written notice to Employee, provided that, if Employee is terminated "without cause," severance will be paid to the Employee as follows: (i) if the Employee is terminated without cause within one year of the date of execution of this Agreement, the Employee shall continue to be paid his base salary for six three (63) months, and (ii) if the Employee is terminated without cause later than one year after execution of this Agreement, the Employee shall continue to be paid his base salary for twelve six (126) months.
