Without Good Reason or For Cause Before, On, or After a Change in Control. If the Company should terminate Executive’s employment for Cause or if he should terminate his employment without Good Reason at any time during the Employment Period, then the Company shall pay to Executive the Accrued Obligations in a lump sum within thirty (30) days following the Date of Termination.
