Common use of Without limiting Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Without limiting Section 9. 4, the Borrower agrees that the terms of this Section shall set forth the entire agreement between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent and each Lender with respect to any confidential information previously or hereafter received by the Administrative Agent or such Lender in connection with this Agreement, and this Section shall supersede any and all prior confidentiality agreements entered into by the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to such confidential information.

Without limiting Section 9. 43, the Borrower agrees that the terms of this Section 9.10 shall set forth the entire agreement between the Borrower and each Lender (including the Administrative Agent and each Lender Agent) with respect to any confidential information previously or hereafter received by the Administrative Agent or such Lender in connection with this Agreement, and this Section 9.10 shall supersede any and all prior confidentiality agreements entered into by the Administrative Agent or any such Lender with respect to such confidential information.
