Common use of Without Mediation Clause in Contracts

Without Mediation. The Division Director and/or their designee will thereafter convene a meeting within ten (10) business days between the Union Representative and aggrieved employee, together with the Court Administrator, Section Manager and any other members of management whose presence is deemed necessary to a fair consideration of the alleged contract grievance. The Division Director and/or their designee will give a written answer to the Union within ten (10) business days after the contract grievance meeting.
