Without prejudice to Clauses 6. 1.1 and 6.1.2 above, the Operator shall discharge its obligations as per the National Building Code, Development Control Rules, and the principles of good industry practice and as a reasonable and prudent person, statutory requirements, laws of the land and any other norms, which are applicable from time to time.
