Without restricting Clause 9. 1.1 above, a Discloser’s Confidential Information includes any of the following: (a) Personal Information; (b) Intellectual Property (c) information concerning any research, experimental work or other development undertaken by Discloser; and (d) any design details and specifications, engineering, financial information, pricing, manufacturing, customer lists, business forecasts, sales and merchandising, and marketing plans and information, that belongs to the Discloser.
