Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

Capital Projects (a) The selection of all design professionals and contractors for capital projects shall be made by Lessor and Lessor shall provide at its expense all materials and services for capital projects.
