Common use of Work Accident Clause in Contracts

Work Accident. An Employee absent from work by virtue of the provisions of Article 32 accumulates vacation credits during the first twelve (12) consecutive months of absence.

Work Accident. An Employee employee absent from work by virtue of the provisions of Article 32 article 16 accumulates vacation credits during the first twelve (12) consecutive months of his absence.
