Common use of Work Authorization Amendments Clause in Contracts

Work Authorization Amendments. Except for changes to the expiration date of a Work Authorization, any change(s) to the scope, budget, or other matters of an approved Work Authorization will be implemented by a written amendment to that Work Authorization prepared by the District and signed by the parties. The expiration date of any Work Authorization may be changed through email approval between the Contractor and the District contact identified as the Work Authorization Manager on the cover page of an approved Work Authorization (the “District Work Authorization Manager”).
