Work Before NTP 1 Sample Clauses

Work Before NTP 1. 7.4.5.1 Except as provided in Section 7.4.5.2 and as may be provided pursuant to the Early Works Agreement between Developer and LAWA, Developer shall not perform any Work prior to NTP 1. 7.4.5.2 Before NTP 1, Developer shall perform all Work required to achieve Financial Close, and otherwise undertake all efforts to satisfy the conditions set forth in Exhibit 15A (Conditions to NTP 1). If Financial Close fails to occur, LAWA shall have no obligation to reimburse Developer for any of its costs incurred relating to this Agreement, other than payments allowed under Section 3.6 (No-Fault Termination).
