Work by Subcontractors. If a Subcontractor performs work under a Time and Materials Change Order, there shall be an additional 5 percent xxxx-up to the total cost of the work performed by the Subcontractor, including the xxxx-ups specified in this Article 14.13.1, regardless of the number of lower-tier Subcontractors involved, as reimbursement for additional administrative costs.
