Work for Non-NASA Sponsors. The Contractor may perform work for non-NASA sponsors, which falls within paragraphs C-1(a)(1) through (10) above, or which makes use of its special competencies and which is designated in task orders issued by the Contracting Officer based on task plans initiated by the Contractor pursuant to G-6(f)(1).
