Work/Liability. agrees to perform all work in a timely manner, good and workmanlike manner and shall conform to all laws, codes, rules and regulations of any agency or government, to complete project work in a timely manner. Sub- Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, hoists, scaffolding, equipment and supplies in working order.
