Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Contractor shall diligently carry on the Work during the pendency of any dispute so long as all undisputed amounts payable to Contractor have been paid. Upon resolution of such dispute, whether by agreement of the Parties or through a dispute proceeding, any amounts found to be owing by either Party will be promptly paid by the Party owing payment to the other Party, together with interest at the Interest Rate or the highest rate permitted by Applicable Laws, from the day following the date of the overpayment or underpayment, as applicable, until and including the date of repayment in full.
