Common use of Work of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Work of the Contract. 1.1 Contractor shall perform the Work and provide the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any and all Attachments and Exhibits attached hereto and the documents enumerated in Article 7.1 below, all of which documents are incorporated herein (collectively the “Contract Documents”). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, supervision, tools, facilities, utilities, and other items necessary for the proper and timely performance and completion of the following generally described work (herein the "Work") and supply of the following generally described goods (herein the "Goods"), in strict accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents and as reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for such work to be complete and serviceable and such good to be fully and finally supplied: Odor Control Services - Woodlands Division Service Area Locations
