WORK ON CHRISTMAS. Day shall be on a voluntary basis, however, if there are insufficient volunteers, employees shall be scheduled on an inverse seniority basis.
WORK ON CHRISTMAS. Each employee who works on the Christmas holiday and who works his regularly scheduled shift immediately before and after the Christmas holiday worked, shall receive his regular holiday pay, plus pay at one and one-half (1-1/2) times his straight-time rate for the first eight (8) hours worked on the Christmas holiday.
