Common use of Work Order Amendment Defined Clause in Contracts

Work Order Amendment Defined. A Work Order Amendment shall mean a written amendment to the Work Order, executed by the CONSULTANT and the CITY, issued after execution of a Work Order, authorizing and directing a change in the Scope of Services or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof. The Contract Price and/or the Contract Time may be changed only by a Work Order Amendment.
