Work Permits and warranty. 2.2.1 The Executive warrants to the Company that by virtue of entering into this Agreement he will not be in breach of any express or implied obligation to any third party, including any restrictive covenants. 2.2.2 The Executive warrants that he is legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom and will throughout the Employment continue to hold a valid United Kingdom work permit if appropriate. The Executive warrants that he will notify the Company in advance of any possible change to his immigration status, as soon as he becomes aware of any circumstances that might give rise to such change.
