Common use of WORK PRIORITY Clause in Contracts

WORK PRIORITY. Permittee’s workers shall conduct its work so as not to interfere or delay any other work performed or scheduled to be performed by the Company or its authorized agents on or near the Company Facilities or the Company Right-of-Way. The Company and its authorized agents shall have priority to access the Company Facilities and the Company Rights-of-Way at any time and Permittee’s workers must adhere to any requests made by the Company to modify or interrupt the work of Permittee’s workers.
