Work Rejected by Owner. The Design/Builder shall promptly correct Work rejected by the Owner or failing to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents, whether observed before or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.20.2. The Design/Builder shall bear the costs of correcting such rejected Work, as a Cost of the Work, including additional testing and inspection and compensation for services and expenses of the Owner made necessary thereby.
