Common use of Work Related Equipment Clause in Contracts

Work Related Equipment. The County shall provide each employee with a $50 per year stipend for the purchase and/or repair of work related equipment such as County approved firearms or holsters. All such purchased equipment will be retained by the employee upon separation of employment from the County. Employees may utilize this stipend for the purchase of patches and/or embroidery of County approved logos or designs to be added to clothing and to be worn while on duty. Purchased items shall be retained by the employee upon separation of employment from the County. The stipend shall be paid to each eligible employee on the payday following January 1st of each year of this Agreement.
