Common use of Work-related Injury/Disability Clause in Contracts

Work-related Injury/Disability. An ASF Member who was off the State payroll due to work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an ASF Member receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.

Work-related Injury/Disability. An ASF Member who was receives an Employer Contribution and who is off the State payroll due to work-a work- related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program remains eligible for an Employer contribution as long as such an ASF Member receives workers' compensation payments or while the payments. If such ASF Member ceases to receive workers' compensation claim payments for the injury or disability and is pendinggranted a leave under Article 18, the individual shall be eligible for an Employer contribution during that leave.
