Common use of WORK RELEASE FOR NEGOTATIONS Clause in Contracts

WORK RELEASE FOR NEGOTATIONS. It is the intent of the parties to engage in good faith negotiations and endeavor to reach agreement on a successor Memorandum of Understanding. The Chief Executive Office/Employee Relations Division will meet with the ADDA thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of negotiations for the purpose of obtaining information to ensure release of seven employee representatives to attend and participate in successor contract negotiations. The ADDA shall provide a final list containing the names of bargaining committee members to the Chief Executive Office/Employee Relations Division at least fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of negotiations.
