Common use of Work Space and Resources Clause in Contracts

Work Space and Resources. All Associate and Senior Associate Faculty shall be provided resources required to teach their courses and access to a workspace containing a college-provided computer and phone in order to fulfill college responsibilities. The College shall provide space that affords the ability to confer with students in a way that protects the student’s privacy.
