WORK YEAR/VACATIONS Clause Samples
The WORK YEAR/VACATIONS clause defines the length and structure of the employee's annual work schedule and outlines their entitlement to vacation time. Typically, it specifies the number of working days or weeks in a year, identifies recognized holidays, and details how much paid vacation employees receive, including how and when it can be taken. This clause ensures both employer and employee have a clear understanding of work expectations and time off, helping to prevent disputes over scheduling and leave entitlements.
