Common use of Worker Compensation and Employers Liability Clause in Contracts

Worker Compensation and Employers Liability. Any and all claims under Workers’ Compensation acts and other employee benefit acts with respect to CONSULTANT’s employees or CONSULTANT’s subcontractor’s employees arising out of CONSULTANT’s work under this AGREEMENT; and
