Workers’ Compensation Benefits Insurance and Employer. s Liability Insurance, with Worker’s Compensation Benefits Insurance as required by law and Employer’s Liability Insurance with a limit not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each accident for bodily injury by accident and One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each employee for bodily injury by disease. A deductible or self-insured retention for such policy shall not exceed Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000.00) without the prior written consent of Landlord;
