Workforce Agreement. 13.1 It is agreed that PS and the FW are adopting the flexibility permitted by the regulations as set out below. This agreement will remain in force for a period of (not more than 5 years after the commencement date) when it will cease to have effect, or until terminated by either party at any time by giving not less than (three months) notice in writing to the other party. The reference period for the calculation of average weekly hours shall be as follows: Fixed for a 26 week period: 1st April to 30th September and 1st October to 31st March annually. PS and the FW have opted out of the Working Time Regulations with reference to night hours.
13.2 The FW may withdraw from this agreement by giving PS three months’ written notice.
