WORKFORCE HEALTH AND SAFETY. A. The Employer shall provide a health clinic for employees, with a full-time nurse, a full- time secretary, a half-time physician, and a physician to be on call for emergencies during the remainder of the employees' normal working hours. B. The Employer will implement Annual Health Reviews in accordance with New York State Health Code where appropriate.
