Common use of Workforce Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Workforce Management Plan. Supplier shall provide AT&T with a minimum thirty-day (30) notice of any planned changes (not including resignations) to Area, Program, District and Division Manager position staffing. Whenever an individual in one of these positions is replaced, Supplier shall provide AT&T with a documented candidate selection and transition process, along with a description of the proposed candidate’s skills and experience.
