Working Arrangement. The assignment will require the consultant to work remotely from his/her home country with frequent communication with personnel of the OCEO.

Working Arrangement. 1. The details of the cooperation between the Parties to implement this Agreement shall be governed by a working arrangement concluded between Eurojust and the competent authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Eurojust Regulation.
2. The working arrangement shall replace any existing working arrangement concluded between Eurojust and the competent authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Working Arrangement. The consultant will be working under the overall supervision of the Director of the Environmental Management Division (ED) and in close consultation with the Chief of Environmental Management Officer, ED’s Ecosystem and Wetland Specialist, TD’s GIS and Remote Sensing Specialist and TD’s Database Management Specialist (see details in Section 4). The work station will be home-based and at the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane, Lao PDR with the possibility to travel to other MRC Member Countries.
Working Arrangement. Comply with the applicable terms and conditions of employment, collective agreements, or agreements from which they are excluded, as well as applicable laws and policies. • Respect the agreed-upon schedule and perform work in a manner equivalent to that provided to the NFB office and that meets the expectations of their job. • Ensure that changes or modifications to the original agreement (e.g., workplace, allocation of hours, remote days, etc.) are agreed in advance with their reporting manager. • Make arrangements to maintain open and effective communication with their reporting manager and, where applicable, their colleagues. • Be reachable during working hours to take and return calls, telephone messages, emails, etc., according to the frequency or acceptable time of response agreed with their reporting manager, as applicable. • Be available, with a reasonable amount of notice, to report to the NFB office.
Working Arrangement. Town of Oakville shall, without charge, have access to Hydro's resources, including, but not be limited to:
(a) computer resources and software tools;
(b) physical resources such as desks, local telephones, storage space, office supplies and food facilities;
(c) ancillary support resources such as typing or word processing, duplicating and data entry. Town of Oakville shall comply with any of Hydro's rules and regulations, made known to Town of Oakville. Upon termination of this Agreement, Town of Oakville shall promptly return all property belonging to the Hydro, specifically but not limited to, entry passes, pagers, and computer equipment.

Working Arrangement. Seller shall resume and continue drilling operations and drilling contracts in a normal manner. Seller will remain in possession of rig and be responsible for daily operations and upkeep. Seller will instruct, advise and co-operate with buyer so as to train buyer of all rig operations. Buyer will have freedom of access to rig and all associated equipment at any and all times. Buyer and seller will keep sales transaction confidential so as not to inform crew or any other parties of pending sale.

Working Arrangement. 3.1 The Parties shall constitute a Joint Coordination Committee (“JCC”) by taking members from both the Parties to facilitate cooperation and xxxxxx partnerships.
3.2 Each Party shall nominate the respective Coordinator. The participants and Coordinators may change from time to time by the competent authority of the NITTTR and NSDC INTERNATIONAL and shall be duly communicated to each other timely.
3.3 The JCC will be co-chaired by designated representatives of the Parties and either both the parties shall determine the composition of the JCC. The number of representatives from each party shall be between 2 to 3.
3.4 The JCC will meet on a monthly basis as may be required and deemed fit, virtually or in person as the case may be.
3.5 The parties agree to arrange regular meetings and communication with one another and with the other relevant stakeholder, to review and address the concerns of either party.
Working Arrangement. The Secretary-General of the OECD and the Secretary-General of the International Organization for Standardization or their duly mandated representatives may make appropriate working arrangements for the implementation of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding.
