Working Arrangement. The assignment will require the consultant to work remotely from his/her home country with frequent communication with personnel of the OCEO.
Working Arrangement. The consultant will be working under the overall supervision of the Director of the Environmental Management Division (ED) and in close consultation with the Chief of Environmental Management Officer, ED’s Ecosystem and Wetland Specialist, TD’s GIS and Remote Sensing Specialist and TD’s Database Management Specialist (see details in Section 4). The work station will be home-based and at the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane, Lao PDR with the possibility to travel to other MRC Member Countries.
Working Arrangement. 1. The details of the cooperation between the Parties to implement this Agreement shall be governed by a working arrangement concluded between Eurojust and the competent authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Eurojust Regulation.

Comply with the applicable terms and conditions of employment, collective agreements, or agreements from which they are excluded, as well as applicable laws and policies. • Respect the agreed-upon schedule and perform work in a manner equivalent to that provided to the NFB office and that meets the expectations of their job. • Ensure that changes or modifications to the original agreement (e.g., workplace, allocation of hours, remote days, etc.) are agreed in advance with their reporting manager. • Make arrangements to maintain open and effective communication with their reporting manager and, where applicable, their colleagues. • Be reachable during working hours to take and return calls, telephone messages, emails, etc., according to the frequency or acceptable time of response agreed with their reporting manager, as applicable. • Be available, with a reasonable amount of notice, to report to the NFB office.
Working Arrangement. Seller shall resume and continue drilling operations and drilling contracts in a normal manner. Seller will remain in possession of rig and be responsible for daily operations and upkeep. Seller will instruct, advise and co-operate with buyer so as to train buyer of all rig operations. Buyer will have freedom of access to rig and all associated equipment at any and all times. Buyer and seller will keep sales transaction confidential so as not to inform crew or any other parties of pending sale.
Working Arrangement. The JV Co will act as owner and a project manager in relation to the Contract Award to manage the subcontracts to be awarded to the parties (the Company and HSSB), third party subcontractors and the appointed suppliers.
