Daily working hours. Normal daily working hours and any changes thereto shall be determined by agreement with the works council with due regard of operational requirements and the provisions of the law. Provided that the total weekly working hours are spread evenly across 4 (four) days, normal daily working hours may be extended to, at most, 10 (ten) hours by way of a works agreement or, in enterprises with no works council, by individual agreements. Public holidays may not be used as non-working days.
