WORKING CONDITION. (Paragraph H - Add the following sentence:) By mutual agreement between an employee and store management, a lunch period of thirty (30) minutes duration may be observed.
WORKING CONDITION. (Paragraph 1-2 - Change second and third sentence to read, as follows:) Effective 1/1/88 this holiday will become a personal holiday.
WORKING CONDITION. During the trial period of thirty (30) days, the employees concerned will work under the new conditions.
WORKING CONDITION. The Board shall provide each Professional Student Services Personnel who works at least five (5) continuous hours in a day with a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period at a time directed by the Principal.
WORKING CONDITION. Seconded employees will be subject to the hospital’s working conditions. This will include scheduling of work and shift assignment under the emergency order, the scheduling and hours of work provisions of the CUPE Hospital collective agreement should apply to the seconded employees.
WORKING CONDITION. It is further recognized that this Agreement does not alter the responsibility of either party to meet with the other party to advise, discuss or consult regarding matters concerning working conditions not covered by this Agreement.
WORKING CONDITION. In the event of departmental reorganization, reduction in force, or other changes resulting in a redistribution of workloads, the Administration shall meet with the supervisor and the employee(s) affected by the change/decision, on an individual and group basis, as applicable. The purpose of the meeting shall be to discuss issues related to the employee's workload, to consider whether any larger work responsibilities can be broken into smaller segments and assigned to other employees, to assess the employee's current skill level and to determine whether any additional training shall be provided to the employee(s).
WORKING CONDITION. 12.1 Employer/Employee Relations Committee - District/Union Partnership Committee The District and SEIU Local 1021 agree that issues involving administration of this Agreement may be resolved by consultation meetings with the Employer/Employee Relations Committee. The Committee shall consist of three (3) members each from SEIU Local 1021 and the District. When an issue involves this hourly employee’s unit, one of the three SEIU Local 1021 Committee Members may be an hourly employee’s unit member. Either party may request a consultation meeting where they believe a resolution of a problem(s) may be feasible. The party requesting such a meeting shall submit an agenda with sufficient detail to allow an understanding of the problem(s) to be discussed or resolved, and include the date, time, and place requested. The receiving party shall respond within three (3) working days notifying the requesting party of the agreement or nonagreement to the meeting. Meetings shall be held at times agreeable to both parties within five (5) working days.
